Our core competencies provide the link between what we value as an organization and how we live up to those values. They are a set of nine key behaviors that describe the expectations of employee performance at Boart Longyear, including safety, operating ethically and with integrity, delivers results, customer focus, effective communication, champions change, fosters teamwork and diversity, and business acumen.
