Mr. Rasetti was appointed General Counsel in 2006. Prior to joining the Company, he was the Segment General Counsel and Vice President of Business Development for the Flow Segment Group of SPX Corporation, having served in various capacities within their Law Department for the last nine years. Prior to SPX Corporation, Mr. Rasetti worked for the private law firms of Howrey & Simon, as well as Towey & Associates. Mr. Rasetti received his BS in Foreign Service and JD from Georgetown University.
