Most recently, Joe held the position of Chief Financial Officer for GTSI Corp., a leading technology solutions provider for the public sector listed on NASDAQ. He also held the position of Chief Financial Officer of U.S. Operations for Winstar Communications, an international telecommunications company, where he significantly improved the quality of financial reporting, internal controls and asset management.
