Mr. Baker was appointed as SVP, Human Resources in June of 2008. He was the Vice President of Human Resources for Milacron Inc., where he has been employed in various positions in their Human Resources Department for the past seventeen years. He has led his team at Milacron, providing HR support in areas such as acquisitions and divestitures, organizational transition and succession planning, labor relations and compensation program design, in addition to implementing a shared services delivery model for HR support.
