Wie Sie vielleicht wissen, sind die Verwaltungsratsmitglieder von Boart Longyear Limited (the Unternehmen<\/strong> oder Boart Longyear<\/strong>) haben einen Vorschlag zur Wiedervereinigung des Unternehmens von Australien nach Kanada im Wege des Arrangements (the System of Arrangement) angek\u00fcndigt Umverteilung<\/strong>).<\/p>\n

Am 26. Oktober 2018 ordnete das australische Bundesgericht an, dass die Gesellschaft eine Versammlung einberufen sollte (d. Im Rahmen der Re-Domizilierung w\u00fcrde Boart Longyear Incorporated (Boart Longyear 'Kanada'<\/strong>) erwirbt alle Stammaktien der Gesellschaft. Boart Longyear 'Canada' wird f\u00fcr die Notierung an der ASX beantragt, und die Gesellschaft wird von der ASX gestrichen. Boart Longyear 'Canada' wird das Unternehmen als b\u00f6rsennotiertes Unternehmen an der ASX effektiv ersetzen.<\/p>\n

Das Scheme Meeting findet am Donnerstag, dem 6. Dezember 2018, um 11.00 Uhr (Adelaide-Zeit) im Adelaide Convention Center, Riverbank Room 1, North Terrace, Adelaide South Australia 5000 Australia statt.<\/p>\n
