Oktober 2021 gab Boart Longyear die Umsetzung der Verlegung des Firmensitzes bekannt.<\/p>\n<\/div><h2  ><span>September 2021 Aktion\u00e4rs-Update<\/span><\/h2><div  class=\"\" >\n<p class=\"p_tc\">Im September 2021 genehmigte eine \u00fcberw\u00e4ltigende Mehrheit der Aktion\u00e4re von Boart Longyear auf der au\u00dferordentlichen Hauptversammlung die umfassende Rekapitalisierungsinitiative des Unternehmens, das selektive R\u00fcckkaufprogramm und das Programm zur Verlegung des Sitzes nach Kanada.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p_tc\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.boartlongyear.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/BLY_EGM_080921.mp3\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">8. September 2021 gab das Unternehmen den Abschluss der umfassenden Rekapitalisierungsinitiative bekannt.<\/p>\n<\/div><div  class=\"tcvpb_divider tcvpb_divider_solid\"><a href=\"#\" class=\"backtotop\"><\/a><\/div><h2  ><span>Aktion\u00e4rs-Update August 2021<\/span><\/h2><div  class=\"tcvpb-videoWrapper-youtube\"><iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/ZTKIW0FRtMQ?autoplay=0&#038;modestbranding=1&#038;controls=1&#038;fs=1&#038;start=&#038;end=&#038;showinfo=1&#038;rel=0\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div><div  class=\"tcvpb_divider tcvpb_divider_solid\"><a href=\"#\" class=\"backtotop\"><\/a><\/div><h2  ><span>Mai 2021 Aktion\u00e4rs-Update<\/span><\/h2><div  class=\"\" >\n<p class=\"p_tc\">Im Mai 2021 stimmte eine \u00fcberw\u00e4ltigende Mehrheit der Kreditgeber von Boart Longyear (BLY oder das Unternehmen) einer vorgeschlagenen Rekapitalisierung zu. Dieser wichtige Meilenstein wird die Verschuldung erheblich reduzieren, die Bilanz st\u00e4rken, die Zinsaufwendungen senken und die Liquidit\u00e4t verbessern, um die Gesch\u00e4ftst\u00e4tigkeit des Unternehmens und das k\u00fcnftige Wachstum zu unterst\u00fctzen. Im Rahmen des Plans w\u00fcrde sich die Verschuldung von Boart Longyear auf weniger als 1 Mio. t2T200 Mio. verringern, da die Verschuldung von ca. $795 Mio. USD in 98,51 TP1T der nach der Rekapitalisierung von BLY stammenden Stammaktien umgewandelt w\u00fcrde.&nbsp;\n<p class=\"p_tc\">Dieser Vorgang wirkt sich nicht auf den t\u00e4glichen Betrieb aus. Wir gehen davon aus, dass wir unsere Gesch\u00e4ftst\u00e4tigkeit fortsetzen und unseren Verpflichtungen gegen\u00fcber Kunden, Lieferanten und Mitarbeitern im normalen Gesch\u00e4ftsverlauf sowohl jetzt als auch in Zukunft nachkommen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p_tc\">Das zugrunde liegende Gesch\u00e4ft des Unternehmens ist solide. Unsere Gesch\u00e4ftst\u00e4tigkeit ist wettbewerbsf\u00e4hig, die Nachfrage nach unseren Produkten und Dienstleistungen steigt und die operativen Aussichten sind besser als in vielen Jahren. Unsere Verschuldung und ihre Wartungskosten sind jedoch nicht nachhaltig hoch geblieben. Wir freuen uns darauf, die Umsetzungsphase dieses wohl\u00fcberlegten Plans sowohl in Australien als auch in Nordamerika fortzusetzen, da dies der beste Weg ist, um Gl\u00e4ubigern und Aktion\u00e4ren den besten Wert zu bieten.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p_tc\">Das Unternehmen wird versuchen, die Rekapitalisierung haupts\u00e4chlich durch zwei australische Gl\u00e4ubigervereinbarungen durchzuf\u00fchren. Um die Rekapitalisierung in den Vereinigten Staaten durchzuf\u00fchren, beabsichtigt das Unternehmen, die Anerkennung der Vereinbarungen der australischen Gl\u00e4ubiger gem\u00e4\u00df Kapitel 15 des US-amerikanischen Insolvenzgesetzes anzustreben. Mitarbeiter, Lieferanten und Kunden sind von dieser Einreichung nicht betroffen. Es wird die Restrukturierungsma\u00dfnahmen des Unternehmens in Australien unterst\u00fctzen, indem es uns erm\u00f6glicht, Schutz vor dem US-Konkursgericht zu beantragen, w\u00e4hrend das Unternehmen seine Restrukturierung im Rahmen des australischen Verfahrens umsetzt. Wie bei den Regelungspl\u00e4nen in Australien hat die Einreichung nach Kapitel 15 keinen Einfluss auf unseren t\u00e4glichen Betrieb. Kapitel 15-F\u00e4lle legen keine Beschr\u00e4nkungen oder Beschr\u00e4nkungen f\u00fcr die F\u00e4higkeit eines Unternehmens fest, sein Gesch\u00e4ft zu betreiben, seine Mitarbeiter zu bezahlen, Finanzierungen zu erhalten, Schulden aufzunehmen, neue Vertr\u00e4ge abzuschlie\u00dfen oder weiterhin im Rahmen bestehender Vertr\u00e4ge zu erbringen oder Verm\u00f6genswerte zu erwerben oder zu ver\u00e4u\u00dfern. Einfach ausgedr\u00fcckt k\u00f6nnen Mitarbeiter, Lieferanten, Kunden und andere von diesen Aktivit\u00e4ten keine Ver\u00e4nderungen erwarten.
