In jedem lokalen Markt sehen sie die Ergebnisse von allem, was DTFR zu bieten hat, einschlie\u00dflich Brunnen mit h\u00f6herer Effizienz, qualitativ hochwertigen Proben und einer schnelleren Fertigstellung der Brunnen. Um einen L\u00fcftungsschacht f\u00fcr eine unterirdische Longwall-Kohlemine zu erstellen, hatte das Team etwas mehr als vier Wochen Zeit, um einen 60-Zoll-Bohrer bis zu einer Tiefe von 550 Fu\u00df durch eine herausfordernde geologische Formation zu f\u00fchren, die zwei Grundwasserleiter umfasste. Das Bohren eines solchen Lochs mit gro\u00dfem Durchmesser durch Verlustzirkulationsformationen in einem einzigen Durchgang - und in weniger als anderthalb Monaten - w\u00e4re mit keiner anderen Methode einfach m\u00f6glich gewesen, und nur wenige Unternehmen verf\u00fcgen \u00fcber die erforderlichen Ressourcen, Fachkenntnisse und Erfahrung um einen ausreichend gro\u00dfen Bohrturm zu erw\u00e4hnen.<\/p>\n<\/div>

DTFR wird am h\u00e4ufigsten f\u00fcr gro\u00dfe Brunnen mit gro\u00dfem Durchmesser verwendet und eignet sich gleicherma\u00dfen f\u00fcr Erd\u00f6l- und Erdgasanwendungen im Bereich der \u00d6l- und Gasvorkommen sowie f\u00fcr L\u00fcftungssch\u00e4chte wie in Wyoming. Es wird auch zum Bohren von zwei Injektionsbohrungen im Zentrum von Utah am Standort des ersten unterirdischen Salzkavernenlagers f\u00fcr Erdgasfl\u00fcssigkeiten (NGLs) in der Rocky Mountain-Region verwendet. Andere Anwendungen umfassen Einf\u00fcgel\u00f6cher und Nutzl\u00f6cher.<\/p>\n

Nat\u00fcrlich erfordert nicht jede Anwendung das gigantische St\u00fcck, das in der Wyoming-Kohlemine verwendet wird. Bits gibt es in mehr als einem Dutzend Gr\u00f6\u00dfen, je nach Bedarf zwischen 7 und 7 Zoll.<\/p>\n

Auch bei \u00fcberflutetem R\u00fcckw\u00e4rtsgang ist herk\u00f6mmliches Bohren erforderlich, um das Bohrloch zu starten. Die Oberfl\u00e4chenbohrung geht normalerweise bis zu einer Tiefe von 20 bis 40 Fu\u00df, wo die Oberfl\u00e4chenverkleidung eingekittet ist.<\/p>\n

Das Fertigbohrloch wird auch konventionell gebohrt, bis das Eintauchen erreicht ist, \u00fcblicherweise etwa 100 Fu\u00df unter dem Boden.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Von hier aus \u00fcbernimmt die geflutete Umkehrtechnik die Einstellung des Innenrohrs, einen niedrigeren Bohrlochdruck und die M\u00f6glichkeit, Verlustzonen zu durchbohren. Ein wesentlicher Vorteil ist, dass f\u00fcr beide Verfahren das gleiche Bohrger\u00e4t und die gleichen Stangen verwendet werden k\u00f6nnen, wobei die Umschaltung lediglich einen Wechsel der Schl\u00e4uche und Pumpen sowie der Kompressoren und des Verst\u00e4rkers erfordert.<\/p>\n

Dar\u00fcber hinaus dr\u00fcckt das DTFR-Bohren nie direkt auf den Bohrmei\u00dfel, sondern h\u00e4lt immer Gewicht zur\u00fcck, was zu einem Pendeleffekt f\u00fchrt. Dies minimiert die Abweichung des Bohrlochs, f\u00fchrt zu einem geraden Loch und verringert den Verschlei\u00df des Bohrers, wodurch die Lebensdauer erh\u00f6ht wird.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Der DTFR-Prozess selbst ist relativ unkompliziert. Es beginnt mit der Verwendung von sauberer, schlammarmer Bohrfl\u00fcssigkeit mit niedrigerer Viskosit\u00e4t, die durch Schwerkraft in das \u00e4u\u00dfere Bohrloch oder den Annulus geleitet wird.<\/p>\n

Der Schlamm sammelt die Schnitzel vom Mei\u00dfelgesicht, mischt sich mit Luft und flie\u00dft durch das Mittelrohr wie ein gew\u00f6hnlicher Trinkhalm an die Oberfl\u00e4che. Dies f\u00fchrt zu einem geringeren Druck auf das Bohrloch und der Formation als bei herk\u00f6mmlichen Bohrungen, wodurch Fluid mit h\u00f6herer Viskosit\u00e4t das mittlere Rohr hinunter pumpt und Materialien in den Ringraum zur\u00fcckgef\u00fchrt werden.<\/p>\n

An der Oberfl\u00e4che passieren Stecklinge und Schlamm den Zyklon im Schlammtank. Eine Reihe von Sch\u00fcttelsieben trennt dann das Schnittgut vom Schlamm, und die Ents\u00e4uberkegel trennen den Sand von der Bohrfl\u00fcssigkeit ab, die dann im Loch zur\u00fcckgef\u00fchrt werden kann.<\/p>\n
