Utilizando un tanque de barro especial y un intercambio de corte de perforaci\u00f3n, DTFR reduce en gran medida la huella de perforaci\u00f3n en comparaci\u00f3n con las operaciones de perforaci\u00f3n de lodo convencionales. Si bien estos m\u00e9todos tienen el potencial de perforar r\u00e1pidamente, mantener la circulaci\u00f3n y la integridad del pozo puede ser un desaf\u00edo en condiciones de suelo fracturado y friable. Como resultado de la p\u00e9rdida de circulaci\u00f3n o el colapso, los pozos se completan a menudo a profundidades m\u00e1s superficiales.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p_tc\">Perforar un orificio de gran di\u00e1metro con aire convencional o aire rotativo doble tambi\u00e9n puede producir una gran cantidad de agua de descarga. Este es un problema porque muchas ubicaciones de perforaci\u00f3n no pueden liberar agua al medio ambiente debido a problemas de calidad del agua. Entonces, el agua est\u00e1 contenida en sumideros gigantes excavados paralelamente al equipo de perforaci\u00f3n. A menudo, estos pozos se llenan r\u00e1pidamente durante la perforaci\u00f3n y las operaciones deben detenerse para permitir el drenaje. Con DTFR, la necesidad de grandes sumideros se elimina porque el agua no se descarga durante la perforaci\u00f3n. Esta es una gran ventaja al trabajar en el pozo, donde los problemas de gesti\u00f3n del agua pueden interrumpir las operaciones mineras.<\/p>\n<\/div><h2  ><span>La Soluci\u00f3n<\/span><\/h2><h3  ><span>Una situaci\u00f3n \u00fanica requiere un m\u00e9todo de perforaci\u00f3n \u00fanico<\/span><\/h3><div  class=\"\" >\n<p class=\"p_tc\">Durante el per\u00edodo de un a\u00f1o, Boart Longyear perfor\u00f3 2.300 metros para un gran operador de minas en la regi\u00f3n de Pilbara con di\u00e1metros de orificio de 17.5 y 20 pulgadas. Los pozos completados alcanzaron profundidades de 250 metros y fueron revestidos con cadenas de producci\u00f3n de 10 a 12 pulgadas.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p_tc\">Para el desarrollo de un pozo de deshidrataci\u00f3n ex pozo en particular, el DTFR alcanz\u00f3 una profundidad de 144 metros con menos del 1 por ciento de desviaci\u00f3n durante la perforaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p_tc\">La geolog\u00eda se encontr\u00f3 incluida, hierro en bandas, gruesas secuencias de mineral mineralizado friable, y lutita intercalada con bandas de s\u00edlex duras. Estas condiciones cambiantes del terreno fueron manejadas f\u00e1cilmente por el DTFR y la perforaci\u00f3n no se detuvo en ning\u00fan momento debido a la p\u00e9rdida de circulaci\u00f3n.
