Comenz\u00f3 en la empresa en 2006 como un nuevo ingeniero de desarrollo de productos en productos de perforaci\u00f3n de diamante. Ocup\u00f3 otros cargos, como gerente de productos para repuestos de equipos de capital y gerente de operaciones para el mercado de accesorios y mantenimiento de la flota.
