Les plates-formes utilisent un syst\u00e8me de boue \u00e0 circulation ferm\u00e9e avec un r\u00e9servoir de boue exclusif. En installant des puits d&#039;ass\u00e8chement via DTFR, il est possible de contr\u00f4ler les aquif\u00e8res \u00e0 forte production pendant le forage, ce qui est probl\u00e9matique pour le forage classique dans la boue ou \u00e0 l&#039;air.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p_tc\">La m\u00e9thode DTFR se distingue des autres m\u00e9thodes de forage par la fa\u00e7on dont les d\u00e9blais de forage sont renvoy\u00e9s \u00e0 la surface par le train de forage, tandis que dans les op\u00e9rations classiques dans la boue ou dans les airs, les d\u00e9blais sont renvoy\u00e9s dans la couronne.&nbsp;\n<\/div><h3  ><span>Les avantages de la m\u00e9thode de circulation DTFR:<\/span><\/h3><div  class=\"\" >\n<ol>\n<li>Le retour de coupe est plus rapide qu&#039;une m\u00e9thode conventionnelle \u00e0 la boue. Les boutures ne se m\u00ealent pas \u00e0 l&#039;anneau, comme avec les syst\u00e8mes de forage conventionnels, ce qui \u00e9limine la contamination et r\u00e9duit les lavages annulaires ou l&#039;agrandissement des trous. Le retour de coupe via le train de forage signifie que la perte de boue n&#039;arr\u00eatera pas les op\u00e9rations de forage tant que le tr\u00e9pan reste immerg\u00e9. La circulation n\u2019est presque jamais perdue et la boue de forage peut \u00eatre remplac\u00e9e pendant le forage sans qu\u2019il soit n\u00e9cessaire de s\u2019arr\u00eater.<br><br><\/li>\n<li>Le syst\u00e8me de boue est une boucle ferm\u00e9e. En utilisant un r\u00e9servoir de boue sp\u00e9cial et un \u00e9changeur de coupe de forage, DTFR r\u00e9duit consid\u00e9rablement l&#039;empreinte de forage par rapport aux op\u00e9rations de forage de boue classiques. L&#039;eau de formation n&#039;est pas un probl\u00e8me pendant le forage avec un rejet presque nul pendant les op\u00e9rations de forage - ce qui rend la gestion de l&#039;eau un probl\u00e8me.<br><br><\/li>\n<li>La boue DTFR circule dans l\u2019anneau dans des conditions de pression ambiante r\u00e9duisant le temps de d\u00e9veloppement. La boue r\u00e9siduelle est facilement \u00e9limin\u00e9e de la paroi annulaire lors du d\u00e9veloppement. Bien que ces m\u00e9thodes aient le potentiel de forer rapidement, le maintien de la circulation et de l\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 des trous peut \u00eatre un d\u00e9fi dans des conditions de sol fractur\u00e9 et friable. En raison de la perte de circulation ou de l\u2019effondrement, les forages sont souvent r\u00e9alis\u00e9s \u00e0 des profondeurs moindres.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p_tc\">Forer un trou de grand diam\u00e8tre avec de l\u2019air conventionnel ou de l\u2019air bi-rotatif peut \u00e9galement produire une quantit\u00e9 \u00e9norme d\u2019eau de d\u00e9charge. Ceci est un probl\u00e8me car de nombreux sites de forage ne peuvent pas rejeter d&#039;eau dans l&#039;environnement en raison de probl\u00e8mes de qualit\u00e9 de l&#039;eau. Ainsi, l&#039;eau est contenue dans des puisards g\u00e9ants creus\u00e9s parall\u00e8lement \u00e0 la foreuse. Souvent, ces fosses se remplissent rapidement pendant le forage et les op\u00e9rations doivent \u00eatre arr\u00eat\u00e9es pour permettre le drainage. Avec DTFR, le besoin de puisards de grande taille est \u00e9limin\u00e9 car l\u2019eau ne se d\u00e9charge pas pendant le forage. Il s\u2019agit l\u00e0 d\u2019un avantage consid\u00e9rable dans une fosse o\u00f9 des probl\u00e8mes de gestion de l\u2019eau peuvent interrompre les op\u00e9rations mini\u00e8res.<\/p>\n<\/div><h2  ><span>La solution<\/span><\/h2><h3  ><span>Une situation unique n\u00e9cessite une m\u00e9thode de forage unique<\/span><\/h3><div  class=\"\" >\n<p class=\"p_tc\">Au cours d&#039;une ann\u00e9e, Boart Longyear a for\u00e9 2300 m\u00e8tres pour un grand exploitant minier dans la r\u00e9gion de Pilbara, avec des trous de 17,5 et 20 pouces de diam\u00e8tre. Les puits achev\u00e9s ont atteint des profondeurs de 250 m\u00e8tres et ont \u00e9t\u00e9 for\u00e9s avec des cha\u00eenes de production de 10 \u00e0 12 pouces.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p_tc\">En ce qui concerne plus particuli\u00e8rement le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019un puits de d\u00e9shydratation \u00e0 l\u2019ex-fosse, le DTFR a atteint une profondeur de 144 m\u00e8tres avec moins de 1% de d\u00e9viation lors du forage.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p_tc\">La g\u00e9ologie rencontr\u00e9e comprenait du fer bagu\u00e9, des s\u00e9quences \u00e9paisses de minerai friable friable et des schistes m\u00e9lang\u00e9s \u00e0 des bandes de chert dur. Le DTFR a facilement g\u00e9r\u00e9 ces conditions changeantes du sol et les forages ne se sont arr\u00eat\u00e9s \u00e0 aucun moment en raison d&#039;une perte de circulation. Avant l\u2019utilisation du DTFR dans la r\u00e9gion de Pilbara, il \u00e9tait pr\u00e9sum\u00e9 qu\u2019un tr\u00e9pan \u00e0 trois c\u00f4nes, qui est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement utilis\u00e9 pour tous les types de forage dans la boue, ne serait pas capable de traiter les roches dures associ\u00e9es aux gisements de minerai de fer.
