Trade Show Times

PDAC's meeting rooms are easily booked within Outlook. There are two rooms; the Hilton (Opus), and the Intercontinental (Grenadier). 

Available times/dates:

Hilton - Opus: June 13-15 - All Day
Intercontinental - Grenadier: June 13-14 - All Day

1. Double click on the date and time you’d like to schedule your meeting.

2. Click on the Invite Attendees button.

3. Click on the To… button to look up the rooms available for booking.

4. Click in the search button and type Hilton. Select Hilton – Opus and click on the Required button. To check the availability of the Intercontinental – Grenadier, search for Intercon, select Intercontinental – Grenadier, click Required, then OK.

5. Then click the Scheduling Assistant in the top menu ribbon to view room availability.
**NOTE: Make sure you’re booking the room for the correct time considering Toronto is Eastern time in Canada (-5 UTC/GMT).**

6. Confirm availability and then select which room to book before you send the meeting invitation.
