ACCESSIBILITY FOR ONTARIANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT (AODA)

Boart Longyear Canada recognizes the requirements of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).  We will continue to develop, document, communicate and monitor our Multi-Year Action Plan in recognition of the AODA.

Boart Longyear Canada is committed to treating all people in a way that allows them to maintain their dignity and independence.  We believe in integration and equal opportunity and are committed to meeting the needs of people with disabilities in a timely manner.  We will do so by preventing and removing barriers to accessibility and meeting accessibility requirements under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and by amending certain policies where required.  We will provide accommodation upon request by candidates who wish to take part in the recruitment and selection process.

Boart Longyear Canada is committed to providing our customers and clients with publicly available emergency information in an accessible way upon request.

We will provide employees with disabilities, with individualized emergency response information when necessary review accommodation requests for disabled employees according to our return-to-work programs.
