Boart Longyear Limited (ASX: BLY) will host its 2012 Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, 15 May, 2012, at 1:00 p.m. Adelaide time. Registration will begin at 12:15 p.m.

The event will take place at the following location:

National Wine Centre of Australia (Vines Room)
Corner of Botanic and Hackney Roads
Adelaide, South Australia

Following the AGM, the Company will be conducting a tour of its Adelaide Asia Pacific Regional Office and maintenance facility located at 26 Butler Boulevard, Burbridge Business Park, Adelaide Airport. A bus will depart from the National Wine Centre at 2:15pm. The visit will last approximately 45 minutes and will include a tour of our facility, a brief presentation by management and opportunity for questions and answers about the facility. The bus will depart from the facility at 3:30 p.m. to return to the National Wine Centre.
